The Raigarh project site in India, a 2x800MW ultra-supercritical unit FGD environmental project for Adani Group, constructed by Zhejiang TUNA Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd.,which has commenced operations with a grand opening ceremony. Since March 2024, this marks TUNA's fourth consecutive FGD project with Adani Group, holding significant importance in India's environmental energy field.

 

As a key environmental project for India's renewable energy, the initiative incorporates advanced international FGD technology to establish an environmental protection system. Upon completion, emissions of flue gas pollutants will be significantly reduced, leading to a substantial enhancement in environmental performance. This underscores Adani Group's strategic vision for the synergistic development of energy resources and environmental protection, thereby injecting significant momentum into India's green and low-carbon development goals.

 

The project adheres strictly to the latest Indian environmental regulations, integrating energy-saving and emission-reduction principles throughout the design, construction, and operational phases. Utilizing high-efficiency, clean technologies, the objective is to establish a model for green and sustainable power generation. Post-commissioning, the facility will significantly enhance regional power supply and bolster the energy infrastructure supporting local economic and social development.
